A little more about its founder..

 

 

Born on the French Riviera and graduated with a Master in Business Administration from ISG Paris global Business School, Philippe SOLERE started his HR career in 2000 in Nice as a Headhunter in the executive search consulting firm Alexandre TIC (Adecco group).

He handled unique placements as well as large-scale projects in various sectors including Automotive, Banking, Electronics, Research & Development, Telecom and Transport.

The following years, Philippe evolved within the Adecco Group as Head of Communication & Quality Assurance at the Paris headquarters. He also fulfilled numerous missions on the French Riviera & Provence as a Consultant to key accounts in Aeronautics, Engineering and IT.

In 2007, he brought an international level to his career while evolving in the United States and Canada, especially as an HR Project Director and Recruiter in IT subcontracting firms and staffing agency.

He focused on outsourcing and global IT recruitment in the Washington D.C. metro area, Las Vegas and Montreal.

Returning to France, experience as HR Manager of an Animal Health Laboratory and Key Account Manager of a Cardiology Association definitely convinced him of his recruiter’s DNA.

Philippe joined the consulting firm Elitis Search to manage the office transition in Lyon, its business development and a large-scale recruitment project for the European leader of EHPAD and clinics.

In 2016, he founded Essential.HR to provide reliable and innovative recruiting solutions based on the Push&Pull method.

Philippe designed this unique approach based on his international experience within fast-growing companies and customized it to local markets.

Essential.HR stands out as an alternative to classic consulting firms and traditional agencies.
